Instructions for video content on screen

  1. Select “MagicInfo” under Source → Functions → MagicInfo → Enter
  2. You can play different content. (pdf, jpg, MP4)
  3. Insert your USB stick into the top slot on the back of the screen.
  4. USB is recognized
  5. As soon as the MagicInfo start screen appears, press Return to access the player settings.
  6. In the upper part you will now see internal memory
  7. Change here to your USB stick
  8. You will now see all the media ready for playback.
  9. Mark these and play your data.

Error analysis:

  • Your USB stick must be formatted FAT32.
  • Your movies must be in MP4 format.
  • A file with a vertical and horizontal resolution greater than the maximum resolution of the screen cannot be played.
  • Check the supported video and audio codec types and versions. Check the supported file formats. Support for PowerPoint versions 97 – 201
